How ARMA Is Built to Scale

Armadillo Protection LLC holds all of ARMA’s platform-level intellectual property — including the 26-claim provisional patent, UV-cure polymer formulations, robotic spray system, and manufacturing process. Platform IP lives at HoldCo permanently, protected from any operational risk at the subsidiary level.

ARMA Sport Inc. holds its own assigned IP — including sport-specific grip formulations, athlete biometric data, and performance compliance work — within the athletic market. The Manufacturing License from HoldCo gives Sport Inc. the right to produce gloves using the platform process, creating a protected competitive moat and clear acquisition value.

This structure was built deliberately. As ARMA expands beyond athletic gloves into additional markets, each vertical launches as its own subsidiary under HoldCo — with its own IP, its own cap table, its own investors, and its own exit path. Sport Inc. investors own a clean, protected slice of the first and most validated subsidiary. Every future vertical adds enterprise value to HoldCo without diluting your position in Sport Inc.

The People Building ARMA

ARMA is built by a team that has lived the problem, built the technology, and earned the validation. Our advisors have pioneered the very category we’re disrupting — from inside Nike’s football glove division to DuPont’s Central R&D labs. Backed by NFL pro shareholders and guided by billion-dollar brand builders, this is the team that scales what we’ve already proven.
